Step 1: Credit Report Audit - After the consultation call and we've established the goal with the client, we obtain the client's credit reports through Credit Hero Score from all 3 bureaus (Equifax, Transunion, and Experian). Step 2: Getting Things Done - We begin our analysis of your credit report by reviewing and determining all inaccurate information. We then look at the various factors that are pulling your credit score down and provide you with a detailed plan of action on how to get your scores back up and how to maintain them. Step 3: Working on your Behalf - We identify all inaccurate, negative, and obsolete information on your credit profile and draw up letters to send to the 3 credit bureaus. By law, the credit bureaus have 30-45 business days to respond to the dispute letters. If no response is received within that time period, those negative accounts have to be PERMANETELY deleted from your credit report. Step 4: Education - Kokayi Enterprises, LLC will help with all of your questions and inquires throughout the entire process. You can track your credit repair progress on your online portal. We focus on fixing your credit from start to finish. Our goal is to help consumers with bad credit through our restoration program. During the credit restoration process, you will be given updates, advice, and education about how to continue to raise your score and maintain it. We offer a variety of services that you can learn more about on our services page.

We focus on not just removing items from your credit report but we make sure that those negative items are permanently deleted from your report as well. We also strive to provide credit literacy and resources to our clients so you are aware of how to maintain your credit score when the process is complete.

We recommend that our clients stay with us for a minimum of 3-6 months. This will ensure that you are getting the maximum benefits from our program.

Our clients typically see results in as little as 45 days, with up to 90 days in some cases. Majority of clients see their credit score increase at least 10 points or more within the first 45 days.
